My name is Dorthe Nyborg. I work as a freelance project coordinator and project assistant with many years of experience in industries such as energy, pharma, IT, and manufacturing. I thrive in complex projects where structure, overview, and collaboration are key to success.

I have worked on the implementation of Microsoft 365, SAP, and SharePoint, supporting project managers and teams in everything from planning, documentation, and reporting to coordinating workshops and team-building activities.

As a freelance project coordinator and project assistant, I help organizations create clarity, structure, and momentum in their projects. I work both independently and in close collaboration with project managers, specialists, and leadership teams.


I have solid experience across industries such as energy, pharma, IT, and manufacturing – including assignments with Energinet, TotalEnergies, LEGO, Bankdata, Fertin Pharma, and the Region of Southern Denmark.
My role ranges from practical project support to coordination of large-scale implementations such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP, and ServiceNow.
